The co***ny was founded in 1995 in Hong Kong. The first plant was built in Kwai Chung, the light industrial area of Hong Kong. Total area of plant was about 5,00 ŠO and total number of employee was 100 persons. The co***ny installed a total of 70 machines in the machining department and brass case was the major product.
In 1997, the plant in Mainland China was established. Floor ***ce increased rapidly to 1,000 ŠO and the total number of employees increased to around 200 persons. Yearly capacity reached 500,000 piece of brass case. In the mean time, the co***ny started utilizing computer aid design and drawing to increase engineering and customer service capabilities.
The co***ny began to computerize the whole process of management in 1999. Total floor ***ce further increased to 3,000ŠO. total number employees increased to 320 persons. Yearly capacity reached 1 million piece of brass case, the co***ny started the research and development work for steel case .
In 2001, Along with the expansion of the co***ny, the co***ny has moved the present location of total floor ***ce of 5,600 ŠO. Total number employees increased to 600 persons. In the mean time, The co***ny started to include steel case into its product range. steel case capacity already occupied 150,000 piece of yearly capacity.
In 2003, the total number of machine tools employed had reached 600 sets, steel case became one of the major products, total number employees increased to 900 persons. Yearly capacity reached 1.2 million piece of steel case, 500,000 piece of brass case, 350,000 sets of steel bracelet, 400,000 sets of brass bracelet, 2.6 million piece of steel case back.
Step up 2004, in order for further expansion of existing plants and department and for the establishment, The co***ny installed a total of 650 machines in the machining department, total number employees increased to 10,00 persons. The co***ny also included CNC machine in the production department to enhance quality and accuracy of its products.
